"The most thorough optometrist I have ever dealt with"
"Jessica Hickling is by far the most thorough optometrist I have ever dealt with in over 50 years of optician appointments. She provides very clear explanations of all tests/examinations & results and is very friendly, while maintaining a professional demeanour at all times. All other staff are also friendly, helpful and professional. I have only good things to say about everyone at Norwood & Perrin. 10/10"

I was greeted professionally and efficiently by friendly Gina at Reception. A thorough eye test and appraisal was carried out by Claire with extra scrutiny of a necessary adjustment to my prescription following surgery. Highly recommended”

“I went on Saturday morning without an appointment to see if I could have new lenses in my reactorlite glasses. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and I saw the optician which I didn’t expect to as I’d not made an appointment. He was very helpful and sorted me out straight away and nothing was too much trouble. I am very impressed by the quality of the service provided by all at Norwood & Perrin and would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to all there xx

“We’ve been visiting Norwood Perrin, Royston for many years. The children have never been anywhere else for their eye tests. We are welcomed and we are remembered which makes the experience more personal. The eye tests are efficient and adapted for the children. There is ample choice of frames for them to choose from. All staff on are hand to support with choices. This makes the children feel listened to and that their opinions and choices matter. All staff try to make the experience as pleasant and easy as possible. I couldn’t recommend Norwood Perrin enough.”

“I get that personal, family experience“
“The staff here make me feel that they have known me for years whether they all do or not. I have been coming here for 48 years!! Their attention to detail and consideration make you feel extremely valued. Comments like “this is what I would advise if you were my parent” mean I feel I get that personal, family experience. The time the staff spent listening to my needs and working together on my prescription meant that as soon as I put my new glasses on it felt like I had been wearing them for months, they were perfect. You might get cheaper glasses elsewhere (you might but check they are like for like) but you get what you pay for and my new glasses have not left my nose since I got them. Thank you to all the staff”
